How to enable Payap?

1. Fill out the contact form on the Payap website

   Go to Payap website and fill in your information. Once submitted, we’ll reach out to invite you to enable Payap for your business.

   
   

2. Complete the Payap-related setup in business portal

   You’ll receive an onboarding invitation from Centrapay that will guide you to review your business information on the business portal and set up your Payap details. Once completed, you’ll be able to activate Payap’s services.

   
   

3. Select the Centrapay plug-in in Shopify and complete the setup

   Once your onboarding is complete, you can go to Shopify and select the Centrapay plug-in to complete the connection in the business portal. Learn more about Shopify Setup.
   
   

How do Payap users pay?

• Payap users select Centrapay at checkout page

• They scan the QR code using Payap (if shopping on desktop) and complete the payment in the app

• Once the payment is completed, the result will appear in your Shopify store
