The offer is redeemable via in-store counters or drive thru at all Burger King New Zealand locations (excluding Christchurch Airport). It’s not redeemable at Burger King kiosks, through Burger King’s website or mobile app or via delivery.

How to claim your $10 King’s Cash

1. Tap ‘Redeem Offer’ on BNZ Rewards (or scan the QR code) - you’ll be asked to enter your mobile number. Follow the prompts to download Payap (or open it if you already have it).

2. Sign up to Payap with the same mobile number you entered here.

3. In Payap, you’ll be automatically directed to link a personal BNZ account (you need to be registered for BNZ Internet Banking to link an account) and receive your $10 King’s Cash – this will be available in your Payap wallet.

How to use your $10 King’s Cash

1. Find your nearest participating Burger King restaurant and place your order at the counter or drive-thru.

2. Select the ‘Centrapay’ logo on the payment terminal (it looks like the Payap logo but orange).

3. Open Payap and scan the QR code on the terminal.

4. Click OK to confirm payment in Payap and enjoy!

You’ll receive $10 King’s Cash via Payap when you claim the offer through BNZ Rewards. You can use it in-store at the counter and via the drive through at Burger King.

Who is eligible?

This offer is for BNZ Rewards customers who access the campaign via BNZ Rewards and complete the redemption steps using Payap.

Is there a limit to how many people can claim or redeem?

Yes - the offer is limited to 12,500 redemptions total. It may end earlier than the published end date if that limit is reached.

I don't have Payap, how do I claim my King's Cash?

New to Payap? No worries we have you covered!

1. Use your phone, scan the QR code or click the ‘Redeem Offer’ button from the BNZ Rewards BK WHOPPER® offer page.

2. Enter your mobile number to register for the King’s Cash offer.

3. On your phone you’ll be automatically directed to your app store, or from desktop use the QR code. Download Payap.

4. Create your Payap account using the same mobile number you used when registering for the offer.

5. Link your BNZ account(s).

6. Follow the instructions to claim your King’s Cash offer.

7. Check out the payment method order in your Payap wallet to make sure your $10 King’s Cash is at the top ready for you to redeem next time you go to Burger King.

I have Payap but haven't linked my BNZ accounts yet can I still claim my King's Cash?

It will appear after you have claimed your King's Cash reward within Payap (assuming all checks pass).

Can I use my King’s Cash at any Burger King in New Zealand?

You can use your King’s Cash at any Burger King restaurant except for Christchurch Airport. You can only use your King’s Cash via drive-thru or over the counter, it’s not available on Burger King’s website, app, kiosks or delivery.

How do I use my King's Cash in-store?

What if the total amount of my order is more than $10?

Good news – Payap’s got you. Since you’ve linked a BNZ account to Payap, you can pay with King’s Cash and your own money in one go! We’ll use your King’s Cash first, then automatically debit the rest from your linked account. See the ‘How to use your $10 King’s Cash’ instructions above.

Does King’s Cash expire?

Yes - your King’s Cash will expire on 16 April 2026.

How come my King’s Cash didn’t get used?

King's Cash should automatically be set as your top payment method when you earn the promo. Payap uses this order to process payments, so King's Cash must be first. If it isn't, open Payap > go to Wallet > tap Sort > drag King's Cash to the top.

Can I get a refund or a cash payout instead?

No. King’s Cash is strictly redeemable for products at Burger King; it does not have cash value and cannot be redeemed or refunded in cash.

What if I lose or change my phone?

If you log into Payap with your verified number and account, your King’s Cash should remain accessible — subject to Payap’s account security rules.

Are there fees associated with using King's Cash?

No there are no fees or surcharges when using King’s Cash for items in Burger King.
